Certain of our attorneys provide advice relating to Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 commercial/corporate bankruptcies. We have represented secured and unsecured creditors in numerous bankruptcy cases, and have acted as special counsel to oil and gas debtors while they worked their way through successful Chapter 11 proceedings. In addition, we have represented several purchasers of assets out of bankruptcy cases, whether pursuant to a plan of reorganization or as a stand alone transaction.
