Professional Experience

Mr. Landry joined the firm in 2005. Before becoming an attorney, he worked for eight years with Whitney National Bank where he was responsible for real estate lending, asset-based lending, consumer lending, and regulatory compliance. He was also formerly with Phelps Dunbar, L.L.P. and Sessions, Fishman and Nathan, L.L.P.

  • Representation of oil and gas companies in matters involving exploration, production, and litigation.
  • Representation of financial institutions and commercial lenders.
  • Representation of a wide spectrum of businesses defending commercial and consumer claims.
  • Representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in claims involving commercial transactions.
  • Representation of small businesses and business individuals in corporate/company formations, acquisitions, litigation, debt collection, seizures, and foreclosures.
  • Representation of private individuals in estate planning and in connection with successions.
  • Representation of landlords and tenants.

Mr. Landry has lectured often at seminars on topics such as estate planning and corporate law. Since joining Slattery, Marino & Roberts, Mr. Landry has presented the following:
