Professional Experience

Mr. Landry joined the firm in 2005. Before becoming an attorney, he worked for ten years with Whitney National Bank where he was responsible for real estate lending, asset-based lending, consumer lending, and regulatory compliance. He was also formerly with Phelps Dunbar, L.L.P.

Representative Matters

  • Representation of oil and gas companies in matters involving litigation, indemnity, exploration and production.
  • Representation of financial institutions and commercial lenders.
  • Representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in claims involving commercial transactions.
  • Representation of businesses and business individuals in corporate/company formations, acquisitions, litigation, debt collection, seizures, and foreclosures.

Mr. Landry has lectured often at seminars on topics such as successsions and corporate law. Since joining Slattery, Marino & Roberts, Mr. Landry has recently presented the following:
