Professional Experience
Mr. Goldman practices primarily in the field of oil and gas litigation. He has represented oil companies in environmental legacy lawsuits, indemnity suits, personal injury suits, and commercial suits. He has also represented oil companies in disputes with the Department of the Interior.
Mr. Goldman also practices commercial law outside of the oil and gas industry, representing clients collecting debts on open account. He has represented clients seeking compensation from their insurers.
